Professional Development and Training

Conference Breakout Sessions: I facilitate breakout sessions from 45 minutes to two hours in length.

Staff Training: I facilitate staff training for social workers, youth workers, attorneys, judges, teachers, and law enforcement. Training sessions can be two hours to multiple days in length depending on the needs of the organization.

Belonging Deep Dive: Using my Four Directions of Belonging Model, I guide groups in recognizing how belonging manifests within our communities and provide strategies for implementing belonging for everyone involved.
Community Training
Similar to Staff Training, I partner with community organizations such as non-profits, schools, and government agencies or grants to make training available to the public, parents, or other organizations.
